At KTR, your FAMILY'S HEALTH and SAFETY is

OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

On Monday, June 29, 2020, Governor Doug Ducey issued an executive order temporarily closing specific businesses, including indoor gyms or fitness clubs. This announcement also stated that further clarification regarding youth sports will come from the Department of Public Health.

As a family action sports center, the newest state order does not apply to our facility at this time, and KTR will remain open for families to enjoy.

We have been reviewing all activities in our facility to ensure that we are doing our part to prevent the spread of COVID-19. Based on the recommendations provided by the state of Arizona and the CDC, we have developed the following guidelines for the health of our KTR family, safety of our programs and cleanliness of our facility.

What KTR is doing to protect your family from illness:

Upon returning to Scottsdale we want you to know that we are taking the following steps to ensure the safety of our customers and employees:

Temperature checks for employees before every shift

  • Opening with reduced occupancy and reduced hours

  • Increased number of hand sanitizer stations throughout the facility

  • Increased attention to cleaning touchpoints after use (screens, counters, tables, door handles, rental equipment, cubbies, lockers, etc.)

  • Increased cleaning for high traffic areas (railings, benches, balls, rings, bars, etc.) throughout the day while our customers are in the center

  • Continued daily deep cleaning of the entire facility (trampolines, obstacles, toddler zone, airbags, cafe, etc.)

  • Social distancing where possible while continuing to maintain the safety of the customers.

What you can do to help:

As with any cold and flu season, we ask that you regularly wash your hands and keep children, siblings or caretakers home to recover if they are experiencing any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever of (100.4° and higher)

  • Severe cough

  • Shortness of breath

  • Green mucus

  • Sore throat

  • Skin rash

  • Vomiting

  • Diarrhea

Additionally, we ask that you remain at home if anyone in your family has been in close contact with a person known to have COVID-19 or has recently traveled from an area with widespread or ongoing community spread of COVID-19.

If you have any questions or to learn more about what we are doing to proactively prevent the spread of germs, please give us a call. As always, we value your family and wish you continued health and safety.
